SEBASTIAN chiropractor
Hi! I’m Dr. Sebastian, I graduated chiropractic school in Texas in 2007 and moved to Barrie to start practicing shortly thereafter. I’m passionate about taking care of our practice members and love what I do!
When I’m not at the office I’m hanging out with my two kids, traveling whenever I get the opportunity, spending time outside hiking, biking, camping, and occasionally inside baking sourdough bread for friends and family.

Hello! I’m Nicole, Office Manager here at Cafe of Life Barrie!
After graduating university, I spent a few years traveling and living abroad before returning to Canada to settle here in beautiful Barrie! I love exploring locally, enjoying the outdoors year-round, and treating myself to some of the amazing shops and restaurants.
I joined Cafe of Life in 2016 and I’m thrilled to be part of the team serving our community through chiropractic! I’ve had the privilege of getting to know so many wonderful people here, and have witnessed inspiring changes in our practice members.
I am honoured to be part of your health care journey!
SHEA registered massage therapist
Hi, I’m Shea! I graduated in April 2021, with honours, from the accredited Massage Therapy program at Georgian College. With training in Swedish massage, cupping, trigger point treatment, and myofascial techniques, I apply a patient centred approach in order to provide effective healthcare outcomes and to improve the quality of life for my patients.
I am in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and I’m an active member of the Registered Massage Therapist Association of Ontario.
Outside of work you can find me paddle boarding, camping, or spending time with my husband and our two daughters.
