November was an exceptional month at the Cafe of Life. We had a ton of exciting moments, and are so thankful for our wonderful practice members.

Congratulations to Ivan, who won the Log-On to Win contest! In an effort to increase awareness about living Life By Design, we challenged our members to be actively involved in online social networking, as well as a multitude of other rules and incentives. Each action won them a certain number of ballots into a draw to win an iPod Nano! We generated some great traffic to our Facebook page, on Twitter, and in the office; and are thrilled with the energy that has been created through our members’ online interactions. Enjoy your iPod Nano, Ivan!!!

Katie, Kara and Sebastian participated in the Life by Design seminar in London, ON. It was great to meet with like-minded chiropractors and gain insight into what works best in each of our practices. Plus, we had fabulous Eat By Design snacks and meals to top off the entire experience! We are starting to implement some new systems and techniques into our own practice to further increase the quality of your wellness care.
